Still here, still alive, still wondering what to write. Maybe something about the 30% increase to the township taxes I'll be paying? Or the increase in the school taxes I'll be paying. Oh, but don't worry, they have an election for the residents to decide if they want to adopt the school budget. Which the school board can choose to ignore. Now THAT'S democracy in action!

Maybe I can do blogging one day, but right now there's a bit much going on in my life - pursuing my Masters, new puppy, full-time job, prepping the son for the Navy, etc.

Can anyone, ANYONE, explain to me why these are illegal to ship to Kalifornia??? And why that is reasonable?
